How to Apply

Basic Instructions

For Long Course:

***Enter your personal mobile number and press “ShurjoPay” or “Trust Bank” for payment.

***After successful payment, Applicant will get User ID and Password in SMS.

***Visit www.joinbangladesharmy.army.mil.bd and login by using Username and Password, then fill out the application form.

For Short Course:

***Fill out the application form.

***Make the payment.

***After successful payment Applicant will get User ID & Password through SMS.

***Visit www.joinbangladesharmy.army.mil.bd and login by using Username and Password to Print/Save the Call Up Letter.

Payment Instructions

⇒ Press “ShurjoPay” or “Trust Bank” for payment.

⇒ Pressing “ShurjoPay” button, applicant need to pay1000৳ or 500৳ (for AFNS Nursing) with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bkash, Rocket account.

⇒ Pressing “Trust Bank” button, applicant need to pay 1000৳ or 500৳ (for AFNS Nursing) with Trust Bank’s Visa and tCash account.

⇒ After successful payment, applicant will get an Username & Password through a SMS.

Login and Application form

⇒ Go to www.joinbangladesharmy.army.mil.bd and login at home page using your Username and Password.

⇒ Enter Your SSC Exam information - Degree, Education Board, Roll No, Passing Year and press “Verify Result”. You can see that some of your Information will filled automatically. For HSC Exam, enter Degree, Education Board, Roll No, Passing Year and press “Verify Result”. HSC Exam information will filled automatically. Please enter correct Roll number for SSC and HSC Exam, otherwise your Application will be rejected.

⇒ Fill out rest of the personal and other information.

⇒ Check all information that you've entered in preview page before final Submission. Press Edit/Back button to change information. After full data verification click Submit. After application submission, there has no scope to change.

Call up Letter

⇒ After submission of Application, Applicant should select a Preliminary Center (Board) & a Preliminary Exam Date and Applicant will Get Call Up Letter by pressing Print/Save Call Up Letter

⇒ After pressing Print/Save Call Up Letter button, a call up letter with interview date and place will be issued.

⇒ Call Up Letter should be printed/saved within 24 hours. Also observe that your call up letter is properly printed as below:

Images, information etc. are there as the sample in your Call up letter. If not, then logout. Login again later, see the preview and print call up letter. Without proper call up letter, Applicant cannot appear in examination.

⇒ Again, to see your personal details, hit "View Personal Details" button.

⇒ After submission of Application, Applicant will get Print/Saved Call Up Letter button to generate Call Up Letter.

⇒ After Pressing Print/Saved Call Up Letter button, a call up letter with interview date and place will be issued.

⇒ Call Up Letter should be saved/printed within 24 hours. Also observe that call up letter is properly printed as below:
